A fair question. When you reach out through Quietcreates Pest Control, your request goes to an independent provider in our network. That provider is a local pest or wildlife business. They are the ones who talk with you, visit your home, and do the work.

Quietcreates Pest Control is the matchmaker. We are not the contractor.

What happens on the first conversation?

Expect a few simple questions. The provider will likely ask:

• What pest or animal have you seen?
• Where in the home did you see it?
• How long has it been going on?
• What type of home do you have?

These answers help the provider understand the job. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing varies, so ask what is realistic for your situation.

What should I ask a provider?

This is where you get to coach yourself. Good questions lead to good decisions. Try these, and listen for answers that are clear and specific.

• Are you licensed and insured? A good answer names the license and offers proof. A red flag is a vague reply or pressure to skip the question.
